Good but overpriced.
I used this product on a motherboard that did not have VRM heatsinks. This product works flawlessly cooling the mosfets.Tips and Warnings:Clean the copper heat sinks with alcohol first to get rid of any oily residue.Clean the mosfets with 91% alcohol and let dry for a few minutes as well. This is to ensure proper STRONG adhesion with the double sided thermal tape. I noticed the copper heatsinks were slightly oily out of the package and that might be the reason why reviewers here said they had problems with the adhesive.Metals are usually coated in oil to prevent corrosion I guess.APPLY DECENT PRESSURE when sticking them on the mosfets AND HOLD THAT PRESSURE for 15 seconds at least. (I myself applied pressure for 30 seconds because I'm paranoid.)Afterwards, apply heat for a long time.(Let PC run for a while)Now the heatsinks are probably permanently and securely attached to the mosfets with the included 3m thermal tape. All of this was pretty time consuming. And the heatsinks are pretty small. I doubt they're worth 15 dollars for 10 pack. Price should be a bit lower in my opinion. It's not like the structure of the heatsinks were straight either. Some of them were crooked. I expect straight heatsinks for this much money!

They work, but expensive
I purchased these to cool mosfets on my motherboard. It's a nice mobo and one capable of overclocking, but they mushed the mosfets into weird places and they were getting too warm for my liking. Naturally, they weren't all in a row for me to be able to put one big heat sink, so I used these. They attached just fine with the included thermal tape and you get extra for the eventually mess-up. They are a good height too overall for most electronic applications. They look awesome. As someone pointed out, I used a flat head screw driver to install these. It guides them in the small areas well, and after you set it on, you can push it down a bit extra to make sure it sticks. They cooled my parts, I didn't run exacting tests before/after, but my mosfet area as reported by the mobo would shoot up to almost 70c before and now they're sitting in the mid 50c range, which is better, but not great. I'll need to work on that later with better case cooling. My only beef is the price. I typically try not to factor this into a review as much as possible, but one this item I have to. Enzotech has clearly got a racket going on here - I can purchase a 5' copper pipe that has a significantly larger amount of copper than these. I get copper is expensive, but these are very rudimentary heat sinks and aren't some marvel of engineering to require what I'd say is about a 100% premium for their true cost.

These are perfect for CPU MOSFETS
These are perfect for CPU MOSFETS. My only complaint with them is that the mating surface isn't as flat as they need to be for maximum thermal performance. They're easy enough to lap with a sheet of glass and some fine sandpaper but for the price I feel like they should be a little bit better quality from the factory.

A dab will do
The copper was the perfect size to place on the MOSFETs. They reduced my overheating problem a bunch. But the adhesive strips they come with did not stick the the MOSFETs surface at all. I had ordered thermal glue already so it was not a real problem, for me.

Work well, but far too expensive.
Work great, but FAR too expensive. I bought these for a watercooling application and while they work well, there's no excuse for them being as expensive as they are. Perhaps the cost of actual copper is what keeps them expensive, but they're really nothing special. Same review for the C10's.

Good heatsinks, cheap tape.
The tape they use with these are just horrid tbh, it's generic 3m double sided.Do yourself a favor and get your hands on some sekisui 5760 double sided tape from ebay!It will hold these for good!

They are pretty small, but fit well across the front of a MOSFET. About 3/4 inch high and 1/4 square on the base with four prongs. There is a double sided tape squares included to attach. It will work well I think for heat dispassion

Awesome heatsinks
Great small heatsinks, I use them on my motherboard VRM for overclocking. It is doing the job to keep my motherboard VRM chips cooler than before allowing me to overclock very aggressive, I would definitely buy them again if I have to as they are pure copper, great product and very pleased.
