We needed to set up a water station for our new office space. I found this on Amazon, read the reviews and ordered it. This is perfect for our team! We have gotten many compliments on it so that makes me feel better lol. Now I'm going to buy one for my house. Water tastes great and it's way more affordable than the water delivery of 5-gallon jugs. Water tastes just as good as bottled water in my opinion better.I had a quick question about the setup, and their customer service got back to me within an hour! I will recommend them to all my friends and family :)

Filter price is too high but still great item. Taste, condition and looks really insane you can not think bad things about this item. we loved it.

Easy to install and water has good taste. It sure beats lugging the water jugs from the store all the time as well. I would have given it a 5 if it were glass and not plastic.

Saw this on Instagram and bought it here on amazon and it’s perfect. If you are able to keep it topped off at your office or home will never have water issues. It’s a gallon capacity where you put in the tap water so if you fill it up a few times until the bottom is full and then just make sure you add that gallon in every time you dispense water then you’ll always be topped off. Water delivery cost $150 a month, now I can do the same amount of water for WAY less. Taste better too!

Using the OPTI daily has saved me sooo much time and money on water! I used to buy 1 gallon jugs at the store all the time since my gf and I drink close to 1 gallon a day. I tried OPTI at my good friends house and absolutely loved it. The water tasted even better than the bottles I was buying. Decided to make a small investment and buy this hot and cold dispenser that this OPTI Flex goes on. I know it has already saved me so much money and will continue to do so in the long run.

The way the filter sits in a reservoir of water makes it hard for it not to get moldy very quickly. The entire thing needs to be cleaned very often. The filter is also hard to set up and sits somewhat at an angle.

my friend recommended me this water filter/dispenser because our fridge doesn't come with a water dispenser and we always have to inconvenience ourselves with buying expensive water bottles in bulk, which adds up over time! This is better than getting a regular water jug for your dispenser top because it acts as a filter so refilling it is no problem at all! No more water bottles for us, this is a lifesaver!
