The media could not be loaded. Living room for better lighting, assembly was not bad, but the color coded wires are different than U.S. electric coded wires, otherwise it looks very nice & lighting is so so much better...happy!

The media could not be loaded. This light was blinking when I first installed it, I was going to return it but it started working and now 7 months later is blinking again and sometime won’t turn on at all. Such a bummer I really love the looks.

I used this light to illuminate a small kitchen. On maximum brightness it is similar to the light put out by a couple of 4 foot fluorescent tube shop lights (which is what was lighting the space before).It arrived well packaged and undamaged. The instructions are primarily photographs which are fairly easy to follow. Each outer ring mounts to the main circular body with only 2 screws and does tend to sag a bit. I added large diameter washers to the screw mounts to help distribute the force on the thin metal body and reduce the sagging.It mounts to the ceiling with a simple metal frame and drywall anchors. There is not a connection to the actual ceiling junction box. The neutral, load (hot), and ground are labeled on the led driver control and is simple to figure out which wire goes where.If the light is used on a switch it will cycle between warm, neutral and cool color temps at maximum brightness each time the fixture is turned on and off. In order to “remember” a custom intensity and color temp the fixture must be powered on at all times and be operated on and off by the remote control instead. I mounted mine next to the primary wall switch which just stays in the on position at all times.

I wanted to like this light but the build quality is very poor and thin. 1. Install: A: the hang bracket folds like aluminum foil, it bent during install and caused off-level install B: not all pre-drilled holes lined up upon assembly C: color of wires is off and no instructions - had to youtube for an hour 2. Product: The light color is eye seering except for the "warm" 3000K which is not a true 3000k temp color as it should be, off for sure. 3. The remote control is universal with many extra buttons that do not apply to this product and who needs another remote anyways? Worst, the tech is fixed and not dimmable via a wall switch. You are limited to the dim range in theLED and the low setting is way too bright. Not only that, the diffuser is meant to hide the strip LED within yet you can clearly see each LED through the material, very tacky. 4. It feels like it cost $2 to make and with tax $180 for me, way overpriced for what you get. I found another product at .... Depot Item# 1002820843 Model# CP 25117 that was more in line with expected quality

I wanted to paint and then put the light up. It took 2 different electricians to try and get it to work and the instructions are terrible! The remote control instructions were just as bad. Gave up and can’t even return it!!! Waste of time and money!!!

I bought this Light in August 2022. The light is a beautiful addition to our living room. The installation was easy and was done in under 30 minutes. We love the day light color and it pops the wall colors. Unfortunately, the power drive went bad in December 2023. I did not buy coverage upon purchase so had almost no options for replacement. I sent a message to the company through Amazon message center and the customer service responded promptly. Upon confirming that indeed power drive is bad, they promised to send me a new one free of charge. I received it yesterday (within 10 days of first report) and ligth is as good as new again. I am truly impressed by this great customer service and will definitely buy again!!UPDATE: Alright, the 2nd power drive unit has failed as well after only 10 months. So this light is pretty much useless and is going to trash!!
