Anna and Sarah Jumbo Medjool Dates - Class 1, 2 Lbs

WOW! It is rare I write reviews, but this time it was a must! I love dates and am often disappointed with the quality, freshness, etc. These dates from Israel were the BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! I could not believe how big, soft, sweet and creamy they were. I could literally grab the little "hood" and pull it up with the pit! Think about that, they are so fresh you can remove the pit by pulling the little hood on top! I can't imagine them being any fresher than this! This is my first order; if the quality remains consistent on future orders, I will be a customer for life! Absolutely fabulous dates!OK...here is my six month update after buying six for myself and two as gifts. The quality has remained amazingly consistent. I once bought "one left" and it was good, but not quite as fresh. Twice was back-ordered for a few days, those were insanely fresh when shipped, it was like getting them off the tree. HUGE FAN of these dates!

**FOLLOW-UP** 5/5/17I just purchased another 3lb container of these Israeli medjool dates after they were back in stock, and have to say they were even better and fresher than the first batch!!! Out of this world, melt in your mouth, died and gone to heaven goodness!!!After reading many reviews for other medjool dates and getting mixed reviews, I decided to try these Israeli medjool dates. They are exactly what I was hoping for: large, moist and delicious! I plan on repurchasing from here when I finish my 3 lbs. Yummy!

I love dates, I just love them. I've eaten dates from Saudi Arabia to Jordan, from Egypt to California... Some better than others...But these Israel dates are something else... It is so freaking tender, moist and tasty. Seller sent this with hard packaging/box kinda thing, otherwise they could have been damaged but good job on that too. I've only purchased 1lb just to try, but I'm sure I'll be getting more of this.GREAT DATES!

I am disappointed with the quality of these dates-yes, they are large and taste is ok, but they are somewhat dry and shriveled. I had to microwave them a few seconds to soften them . I have sampled Medjool dates from many sources-ordered online and purchased in various stores-Whole Foods,Trader Joes,Publix,etc.These were more expensive,but not any better than those-The best I have found were from Nuts.com and some I purchased from a date grower in Mesa Arizona, although shipping was expensive.Perhaps I just got an old batch, as there are many glowing reviews for these, but I probably will not re-purchase

I purchased these dates based on the reviews of many satisfied customers who described them as being a superior tasting date. Words fail . These are the most succulent dates I have ever tasted with a wonderful mouth-feel and sweet as candy. I will definitely re-order these on a regular basis.I highly recommend them.

Don't hesitate to buy these. They are the very best dates I've ever tasted! Every one is plump, fresh, and juicy.So delicious, and for sugar-rich food, they don't elevate your blood sugar much. I need a 12-step program ...
