I am very confused by the few reviews that people are saying this printer is difficult to use and/or difficult to install. It practically installs itself. SERIOUSLY people, how do you manage to even use a computer to write that review?Now that I got that out of my system... this 4x6 thermal printer is an outstanding value (especially if you catch it with a discount code) and it just works. And the print speed is outstanding in this price range. Once the computer sends the label to be printed to the printer itself, it's about one second to print the entire label.There is a small booklet with the printer laying out the steps to install it, but it's not needed after you read this. Just plug the power cord into the printer, turn it on and plug the USB cable into your computer. Then plug the included USB stick that has the driver on it and start the setup. If you have installed many inkjet printers over the years, typically most manufacturers will tell you to start the setup of the driver/software package first before plugging in the USB cable into your computer, but on this printer it's different. It wants you to plug in the USB cable first then start the setup.There is no malware on the USB stick. That is likely a competitor on Amazon trying to hurt this seller's reputation. I do not know if this seller or the printer manufacturer has good or bad customer service because it's easy to install and just works.Also, you can get other size labels for this or most any 4x6 thermal printer. Just search for 4x2 or 4x3 labels if you want an option to just print address labels or other/smaller labels.

Unsupported by any operating system. USB drive corrupted with Malware

Works well when everything is up and running, but it force restarts my MacBook Pro (running El Capitan 10.11.6) every time I plug printer into USB or turn it on. This is a major defect and problem. Admittedly, my computer is old and I'll be upgrading soon, but I'm not the first person to point out that this peripheral causes problems. I recently bought a scanner for same laptop and it does not cause a catastrophic shutdown, so this one is on the printer's manufacturer. Give it a try if you feel lucky, but if you do be sure to back up your important stuff because who knows what havoc this will wreak.

I thought this was going to work great for printing mailing labels, maybe if I had a computer from 2005. If you have Widows 10 or newer there are no drivers for it online. It also doesn’t come with a CD to install them by hand.

Great product. I had a problem with the dongle but Support has been amazing. Monica has helped me all the way. Would definitely buy again from this seller
