WMF Mini Stainless Steel Saucepan, 500ml/10cm, Silver

Hard to clean and if you don’t use plenty of oil everything sticks to the bottom within seconds even on low heat. I have owned pans for years and they look brand new after washing, this one has been used maximum of 10 times and is already destroyed, not worth the money.

Pan was bought for heating small amounts for one person. Size is ideal for that. However, it stained on first use and stains cannot be removed; on each use, staining appears to increase. This pan, on a few usages, is functional but definitely not stainless nor, therefore, aesthetically acceptable.

Unfortunately, I had to return this saucepan immediately. I bought it to use on a newly installed induction hob, and to replace an old saucepan that was not compatible with the new hob.Although the new pan has the required ferrous base to work on the new hob, it is very, very small. So small, in fact, that my induction hob detects that it is far too small to work effectively on even the smallest of its cooking areas, so won't operate! (So useless, I'm afraid.)Also, I was unimpressed by the number of reviews that report that the pan is not quite the 'stainless' article it claims to be. A pity, because it actually appears to be well-made and of sturdy construction... but useless, all the same.

It’s small, yes, but exactly what was needed. I make a single 40g serving of porridge on the gas stove with this, sauces as well to go with meals. It’s perfectly sized, well made and handles the dishwasher brilliantly. Ended up buying another. Highly recommended.

Have just received this item and it looks like a great little saucepan. It is difficult to get hold of this size either in shops or online, but this is just what I need for tasks such as melting butter and cooking small amounts of veg. I had to return another saucepan because the dimensions were not as stated and it looked cheaply made. This saucepan is in another league and came in a proper box with care and operating instructions. The lid of the old saucepan I am replacing fits on the new one which is an added bonus! I look forward to using it.
