The Unicook 12-inch square pizza stone is crafted from natural Cordierite, sintered at 1149°C for exceptional strength and thermal shock resistance. Its micro-porous surface absorbs excess moisture, ensuring crisp, restaurant-quality crusts. Heat-tolerant up to 787°C, it’s perfect for oven or grill use, baking pizzas, breads, cookies, and more. Weighing 2.4kg with a 1.5cm thickness, it guarantees even heat distribution. Comes with a handy scraper for easy cleaning—just avoid soap to maintain its integrity.
