SPRINT Ankle Weights- 5 LBS. SET

These work great in a therapy pool - I was really having trouble keeping my feet on the bottom and these took care of that problem completely! They don't absorb water and drip dry very quickly! Each weight is 2 1/2 lbs. The also come in 3 3/4 lbs per foot - a bit too much for me, but for a stronger person, they would be good. Well made and work the $$.

Useful for what I wanted. Would not use without recommendation from trainer. Better choice for most people would be ankle floats for resistance

After using these for about 6 weeks the velcro straps want to flap off while using in the water. Otherwise well made, really enhance workout

Purchased to rehab lower back pain for use in heated pool at local Y. Easy to use, dry quickly and so far seem very well-made.

Weights were perfect for the rehab pool that I go to. There is never enough available weights to go around so I decided to buy my own. They worked out GREAT!

Very easy to put on and take off. The extra resistance was helpful. I had a knee replacement and needed to "step up" my therapy but without damage. These did the trick. Thank you for your product.

Use them regularly for high intensity water aerobics. They fit well. They are beginning to fade probably from the high chlorine content in the pool. Good purchase and I highly recommend.
