Instrument case replacement straps
The straps arrived new and in terrific condition. The upper should attachements are secured with a hard plastic pull mechanism (like many backpack adjustment straps) and the bottom attachment loops secure nicely with carabiners and metal D-rings. I ordered them as a replacement straps for my Bonna bassoon case and they feel much more comfortable and sturdier than the original pair.

Ok for the money. Cheep feeling webbing.
I got these for my FSDV Caretaker takedown bag that I use for my PC Carbine. They set up easily with the bag. The webbing material feels very flimsy and soft in comparison to other webbing marterial. With that in mind they do work and time will tell.

Inadequate Padding Around Buckles
The padding underneath the shoulder strap is inadequate to pad the quick-release buckle from digging into your shoulders under any appreciable amount of load. If you're looking for straps for a rucking pack, look somewhere else.

Awesome
Used these to turn my duffel bag into a backpack. Worked like a charm and are comfortable to wear. Couldn't ask for anything more especially at this price.

Ok for light use
I'll give this 3 stars. They're pretty well put together and are setup similar to my more rugged backpacks. Unfortunately, one of the plastic slides broke the first time I used these. I was putting a lot of weight on them, but I was still surprised that it broke because I've never had one break like that before. In fact, the one that broke was on the bottom. I was able to tie a knot in the strap and keep going. Nothing else broke over the weekend, so it may have been a fluke that the first one broke.

About 2/3 - 3/4 size of ALICE straps with minimal padding
As other users have stated, these are far too small to actually use on any type of ruck sack and there's almost no functional padding. The pads are so small and sewn so tight they're almost fully compressed already.
