Overall great, small issues.
Ill start by saying you get what you pay for. Realizing that this couch comes boxed, I wasnt sure what to expect. This couch is great for an apartment or condo, fits perfectly and was pretty easy to put together. My only small issues with this couch is that i was missing some holes to place certain parts. My fiancé has about 8 extra small metal pieces that he said didnt have a place to be installed in the couch. Unsure what they are even for at this point since there is no holes to install them in. So far so good, durable couch that's mostly comfy. My ottoman also came so squished that it has been permanently damaged, but it's still usable and I'm not that upset about it. Overall I'd definitely recommend this couch for anyone looking to get an inexpensive couch that will last about 5-7 years. :)

Not bad for a sofa ordering online vs trying out in a store - Revised downward review
Update Feb 2-2024After having this sofa for less than 1 year I am downgrading my review to 1 star. The quality of the cushions holding shape / support is awful. I've rotated the cushions several times to spread out the weight on them, and have swapped them even if for a short term it makes for an odd looking beast (e.g. having the extra wide piece from the L shaped cushion sticking out beyond the front of of the sofa.It only has a 90 day warranty, but the company has no direct contact information, you have to go through Amazon support. I bought the Allstate warranty, but I fear it will probably be helpful from "damage" (in which a company would probably come out to clean stains or repair tears) not a fundamental breakdown in the support of the cushions.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ordinariy we would never, ever order a sofa, couch, etc without being able to sit or lay on on it at a store first. However due to peronal circumstances I won't get into, we couldn't go out and hit all the various furnitures stores and do our normal testing, therefore we ordered this. It had a good look to it. Didn't have skinny little feet (note: don't ever buy chairs or sofas with skinny little feet / legs . . . that will be the first thing that goes).I am not very "handy" with anything mechanical but was able to put it together (minus the ottomon) in about two hours by myself with the tools provided. Not sure why so many people complain about the tool that comes with the unit.Frankly the biggest issue was getting rid of the cardboard boxes they come in (i.e. cutting them up into sizes that recycle will pick up).One caution: I made the mistake of not looking at how low the couch sits. So if you have a family member that has some issues getting up / off of low height furniture, think carefully before ordering this.I ended up having to buy 3" foam strips to put under the cushions to make it easier for said family member to more easily get up off the thing.I could give it a 4 because it does have the right kind of feet and looks nice. The low height of it is my fault for not looking at that. However, if I had gone to a store and sat / laid down on this it would not have passed my test for long term comfort and we would have bought something else. BUT I will say if you are a sitution where for whatever reason you can't get out to "test drive" sofas in stores, this is not a bad option from the perspective of ordering furniture online.

Sofa Sectional is easy to setup
Sofa Sectional is easy to setup, and fit up the stairwell very easily. It's definitely comfortable, but if I had any complaints it'd be only the following, one is a suggestion, the other is more a complaint/concern.--Definitely need velcro to lock down the seat cushions and the seat back cushions. They don't really have any inherent grip to themselves so the velcro helps to keep them from shifting around. Definitely 100% the seat cushions need it, while the backs are up to your preference. I did a 5 foot strip of industrial strength velcro (cost like 7$ usd at Walmart in PA), and put 3 strips on the chaise, then 2 under each major cushion, excluding the inside corner piece as it's not necessary there since it's blocked in by the chaise and sofa seat portions.--Lastly, the Chaise portion seems to have weaker wood within it. I'm not really sitting down much different than I would on any other sofa, but I've noticed harder creaks like the wood is slightly cracking. Granted, I'm about 290 lbs, so I know that I put a lot of weight onto the seat, but just not used to that. I'll probably just go underneath and reinforce the wood bars within since they're very easy to get to, and that should help, but it's really the only complaint. The sofa portion doesn't do that, just the chaise.Overall, I give this a 4 out of 5. It's pretty solid, save my concern about the chaise. The cushions could use velcro on the underside or backside to keep them in place (they gave velcro for the ottoman oddly enough), but it is a very nice fit, and the cushions are comfortable. The material is nice as well. For the roughly $600 it was at time of purchase, I'd say this is good for anyone with an apartment who wants to be space thoughtful, but also have a nice area for entertainment.Pair it with a loveseat opposite the chaise and it's a perfect U shape too ^_^

Looks high end for a fraction of furniture store prices
Update: I've had it almost 7 months. I have young kids so I have to launder the seat coverings often. The seams are ripping and splitting. I wish they offered replacement seat/pillow covers to buy.It came a week earlier than expected. It took my husband about 40 mins to put together but he had to do some problem solving because there was 2 left hand chaise directions. I love the look of this sectional. I got the sand color and its such a nice neutral color and the linen like material makes it seem high end. For the price this couch is awesome. We will see how it holds up to my 3 kids but we've been through several different couches over the year-some expensive, some not- and this one is the nicest looking one we've had but the least expensive so even if it lasts 2 years or less we will have gotten our money's worth.
