Q: Is there a demo of blowing up and arranging star balloons?

No, there was no demo. Each point comes separately, so you have to blow each up and then tie the ends together. Ironically, when you starting tying the ends together, it does start looking like a star.

Q: Can this be glued to the wall?

Possibly. It may be a bit of a challenge because of the shape. You could maybe use one or two of the points to stick it to the wall.

Q: What is the product dimension of size B?

I'm not sure, but please note, you have to put these together. I ordered them and never used them. Way too much work.
