INCELLICEMicroneedling Roller, Derma Roller, Titanium Needle Micro Needling Roller for Men and Women

I liked this .5 roller even though it was tough to get into the case my first time. I alternate between a .25 with different brand and this .5 because I have very sensitive skin and wanted it to get used to rolling. Tonight was my second time with this roller and I couldn’t open the case. My husband couldn’t either. I had to break the lid to get it open and then couldn’t get the roller out. I tried prying something under it to POP it out but it wouldn’t budge. After trying several minutes the handle broke from the roller. Very disappointed. I hope the seller sees this and the picture and makes it right, wasted my money.

The needle length was longer than most other derma rollers on here and that's what I was looking for. I know some people asked the size of the needles and idk anymore and I threw out the box. I don't see the length on the description anymore and I know it had it when I purchased it's...all I know is it is longer than the majority of the rollers sold on here. Came completely sealed and it's good quality. I'll be buying another in the future
