Excellent Quality, easy to use, but slow
Have been using this printer daily for 8 months now.Pros:1. Easy installation.2. Unmatched quality. I run a professional graphics business and the print quality is so good that I use this over laser printers for low volume printing3. Genuine ink easily available online and print quality is as good as original ink.4. Extremely good looking printer. Design and finish are great.5. Good price.Cons:1. If you put setting to best print quality then speed reduces drastically. It can take minutes to print an A4 page having graphics. Never seen such a slow speed printer. Can’t be used for high volume printing at best quality.2. Struggles to take in paper thicker than 220gsm. Card stock has to be forced in. This problem is not seen in some other inkjet printers.Verdict: Go for it if you want great quality prints, but not in bulk.

the spring of the paper pickup roller is missing and its hanger is broken.
Very nice printerBoth black and white and color were being printed properly in the printer but there was a problem that the paper pickup roller spring and its hanger were not there due to which the paper was getting jammed but I fixed it with my desi jugaad.

mchine ko purchase kiye hue 1year ho gaye hai smooth working hai, printing cost bahut kam ha,overall small business ke liye best machine hai,1 saal me 6000 colour print kar chuka hu, 3000 bw prints bahut sahi work kar rahi hai machine
