So, I basically have two types of casual shirts: plain black cotton T-shits (which cost a lot less than this one being reviewed) and polo shirts in various coclours from the most famous maker of them (which cost a lot more than this one being reviewed).This shirt seems to want to position itself between the two types, both in terms of pricing and quality, and it sort of works.It's a good quality shirt, in pure cotton, and has a logo on it, and the seams are well made, so that's one thing. It's not mesh, like the famous polo shirts I have, which is a downside for me as they wick away moisture when it's very hot (being in London that doesn't happen often, obviously, but they are useful for other, sunnier, places).So, the point is this: if you like plain T-shirts (that is, without collars, which I know strictly speaking are not T-shirts) but you want a designer label on it then this is for you.One thing to note before I toddle off, by the way, is the fit: I am 6 foot and a bit tall and 12 and a half stone in weight (so basically exactly the right weight for my height - that is, slim) and the 'Large' size here fitted very well, both width and length, there is not much leeway in the sizing here.

I got this for myselfI love ted baker as a brand, i have never had an issue with quality of clothing. This t-shirt arrived in a plastic bag on removing i was meet with a nice basic branded t-shirt.First off i checked around and could not find any manufacturing issue no loose threads no colouring issues etc, size wise spot on im a normal man (dad bod 😂) so a good quality t-shirt that fits perfectly just how i like it not too tight not too baggy. The material is 100% cotton and is very smooth to touch.Now i have worn this a few times and it has been through the washer a few times, i have not had any issues with fading or the t-shirt shrinkingOver all i love this t-shirt and im happy to recommend

Nice t-shirt. Material is 100% cotton and is very smooth to touch. Feels premium. Stitching is good - no loose threads.Unlike some other brands that push the slim fit across all their products, the fit of this t-shirt is more of a regular / classic fit so can be worn by poeple with average bodies. It's just about perfect - not too slim, not too baggy either.I like the attention to details, such as little Tudor rose and the lining on the collar and the flaps.Very happy with this t-shirt, wears nice, washes nice, it's a great buy.

Too baggy in some places, too tight in others. Longer than expected and the material is thinner than one would expect.

Ted Baker are well established clothes designer. This T-shirt is made of real quality, 95% cotton, the material feels genuinely comfortable against my skin which is ideal for the summer of 2022 with many long hot days. Also, the product is shaped perfectly for my average shoulder stockiness and slender figure.This style of T-shirt is perfect for an under t-shirt to wear with jeans or shorts and an open shirt on top.Recommended.

Great quality product just comes up a little too tight but keeping as I’m told “a good too tight”?

This is £28 at the time of writing this review which is a good price for Ted Baker. It’s great quality and as you’d expect well manufactured with not loose ends etc. all stitching is precise. A nice feeling soft and thick material which looks like it;l hold its shape properly. Would recommend this as it’s a simple top which is being more popular in the shops.
