McFarlane Toys Gears of War 4 Kait Diaz 7 Collectible Action Figure

I've seen many reviews complain that the skin color is way too dark in comparison to the actual in game character, I must disagree. The commercial photo on this Amazon product page is accurate, I was able to simulate the same lighting conditions and was able to achieve the ideal if not similar skin tone, similar to the actual character. I believe the problem people had was the lack of lighting the real world has in comparison to the artificial lighting generated in the video game.Nonetheless, I had no problem with the"dark"skin tone. The figure itself is beautiful and is filled with minor details that pleasantly exceed the base price! This one figure was also by far the easiest to set up, compared to the other 3. I probably was very lucky to receive all 4 figures in perfect condition!

I like the figure. I do see what people are saying about her skin tone being very dark. It does not bother me as much but just be warn that they colored her with a basic brown color instead of actual brown skin tone color. What I do appreciate is that the figure actually is able to stand in the platform without falling over and other than the skin tone it looks just like her.

Ok let me start by saying that the detail on her is very impressive and it does look good overall. The problem i had with this figure is the pose and cheap joint attachments. Standing on one leg makes the figure lean sideways a bit do to the joint segments being too weak to hold it vertically. When i tried to move it the leg broke off in the knee joint, do the the cheap price and not wanting to deal with shipping it back, i super glued it back and forced the other leg down to the point where it touches the stand\base. Now with both legs down for support i super glued them to the base and now this beautifully detail figure stands awkwardly among my other figures.

This is a must have for any Gears of War 4 fan. The craftsmanship is exquisite! It feels like you could almost remove the clothing, each piece is very well articulated and painted masterfully. The textured paint job really captures the worn and faded look that the Gears wear. I have Marcus Fenix and Kait, My husband and I play these characters so we had to get them! (photo included) I'd recommend these action figures to everyone! Great buy.

I have to say I'm not that impressed at this action figure like I was on the Jd Fenix one. Let me start off by saying when she displayed on the actual stand she's kinda leaning to the right. She's not straight. Second she can't really hold the gnasher shotgun that good it seems little lose in the hand. Third she's definitely more darker in person that she is in the picture. Besides that this action figure is highly detailed from head to toe a great job at McFarlanes. And thr molding is well built. The painting is on point. I give this 3 stars.

Not a horrible figure, but not the greatest quality ever either. Face is a little off and the color tones are a bit weird. Stance is odd as well. But if you're a die hard Gears collector then it's definitely worth the $20. Hope the Del figure is a little better done.

She looks ok. Really tanned skin compared to the game footage. These toys have articulation and different weapons, good for collectors and kids. The detail is pretty good. I didn't expect that much for the price. These statues are actually a good value for what they bring to the table.

It's ok but she's looks way different than what you see in the picture than in real real life. Her skin tone is darker than in the game and the posted picture of the figure. Her face (mainly her eyes) don't even match to the picture. The paint job isn't that detailed and is kinda done sloppy. And the pose is kinda weird because she's running but she's tilted back instead of forward. i hope they release a newer (and better) one in the future. I kinda doubt it though unfortunately.

First i will start with the negative, the figure is dark skinned which is not a true likeness to kait which was disappointing.Everything else looks fine apart from the standing position on the stand which is leaning back as with the jd model.Flexibility is ok but id say this is more for decoration than an action figure.Maybe i got an odd one or an indian kait lol.but this model still looks ok if you're not a stickler for accuracy! just about satisfied overall

Amazingly detailed for a small figure and for the price. The Gnasher shotgun and Boltok pistol comes seperate to the character but easily can be attached.

The leg fell off on my one as soon as I touched it. So be careful.

As others have said, skins a bit dark... But still worth a 5 star rating. Nice Figure!
