No Good
I got this for my small, light weight purse. I used it for one day then sent it back. If the metal had any kind of finish on it, the magnet wouldn't stay. One time as the magnet was sliding down a metal clothes rack it left a huge scratch along the way. But the worst part was the magnet wouldn't stay connected. It kept spinning apart and would fall off.

These carabiners do have strong magnets, and I use them on my purse. However, one small flaw: the magnet comes unscrewed from the carabiner. Fortunately, I was able to find it when it happened the first few times. And when I tried to screw it back on, the metal was so smooth that there was no way to tighten it so that it doesn't happen again. I was unable to grip it tight enough, even using pliers, which makes them rather unreliable to use to hang things from them!

Great Product
Product as described, no issues. My husband uses the hook magnets on his job. The magnets stay put, strong grip!

but easy to remove and replace
In creating a custom apron for an artist I found myself in need of a way for her to have a rag attached to the apron, but easy to remove and replace. I came across these and they're exactly what I needed. I stitched a magnet into the apron so that Monster Magnets can be attached to the front with a rag attached to the carabiner through an eyelet. This way the rags (also custom made) can be easily washed.

Wouldn’t buy again
Not very useful. Doesn’t hold much weight. Definitely not a purse or keys

It is very strong but I wished it were stronger. It has come unscrewed on me once and fortunately I caught it as it did. I need 2 of them to hold up my purse. I need to loose some weight out of my purse or have 2 on it.
