Kool N FIt Sport Conditioning Spray (4 -Ounce)

LOVE this stuff!! I've used it before, during at after several races and for recovery. I definitely think it has helped keeping my muscles loose during long runs and races. It is easily applied, dries quickly and does not stain your workout clothes, socks or shoes. Highly recommend for active individuals or those that needs some relief from everyday muscle aches and soreness. Smell is nice and fades over time. Not overbearing at all.

I first discovered this product when preparing for the LA marathon a few years ago. I bought 1 small bottle figured not much too loose... Wow I recovered quicker from the marathon than any work out session I ever had.I still use this product today and am still satisfied with the results. I just seem to recover much faster and the usual post work out pain is gone within a day. It used to take me 3 days after an intense session.

I do long distance endurance events (100-200M bike rides and Ironman distance triathlons). I use these for any aches and pains after long training days and keep a small vial handy during long training blocks. It instantly soothes sore muscles and you can feel it cooling them for quite a while after.I appreciate the scent too - it's not as overpowering/grandma menthol smelling like other pain relievers (or maybe it's just my grandma! ha). It doesn't stain my clothes either.

This is a familiar product to me. I needed a smaller version for traveling. The size is perfect and they even included two small, refillable, spray vials!

Love the sports spray by Kool N Fit! It really does help with the pain and muscle spasms that I deal with every day. By no means am I am one to work out or play Sports due to my health...yet the Sports spray does a great job of calming down the muscles and lower my leg and foot pain. A yoga teacher sprayed this on my neck before a Bikram class - I am pretty cynical about this sort of thing but she just sort of sprayed without asking. I was shocked to find my head touching my knee in a pose I'd been trying to achieve for ages. I use it every day now on my bad knees before I do the stretching exercises for them. THe smell of it is pleasant and dissipates very quickly.

This is great stuff and gotten me through many a half marathon when I felt I couldb't go any further. Immediate cooling relief.

A convenient and effective antidote to early morning aches and pains in the shoulder and neck area. A pleasant aroma too - not the locker room smell of some of the traditional muscle therapies.
