This was given as a present and one of the lights didn’t work unfortunately person threw away packaging so I could not return. Messaged seller who didn’t bother to reply. Not impressed at all!!

Delivered to my granddaughter, one of the lights not working and sticker on product actual packaging with another persons name on it so obviously a returned product. Granddaughter happy playing with the wand so do not want to return but would appreciate a discount

Awful!
Awful! I ordered the ‘genuine Ben and Holly Wand’. This certainly isn’t that!

It almost looked second hand 😕
Although this product arrived sooner than expected, I was not at all impressed with the wrapping. The outer envelope was more than acceptable, but once opened, the product was sealed in an old, dusty, polythene bag. There was no advertising cardboard. The sparkle and spell wand had literally been placed in this dusty bag, hence my immediate thought that it looked second hand. It was part of a Christmas present for our Grandaughter, and we realised that we didn't then have time to return the original, and wait for a replacement. We wrapped it up suitably, and gave the present as planned, with big apologies to our son and his wife. Our Grandaughter loves her magic wand. For the price, we thought batteries may have been included.
