Happy with results.
Needed something to seal the bottom of my side garage door. Water was flowing in under the threshold. Got this and the paste. Applied paste first between the bottom boards and the concrete floor. Then applied 3 coats of the liquid. All sealed no water gets through and I’m very happy with the results.

Thick covering
This product provides a thick coat of rubberized material with just one application. Even after a week, the coating appears tacky even though it is dry This should wook well on fence posts placed in ground You need a stiff brush to apply coating. Roller will not work without thinning.

Runny but Works
I got this waterproof sealant for a few cracks that I had on my flat roof. While it did the trick of patching the cracks, I found it to be surprisingly runny. It's so runny that it was dripping off of the tool and leaving streaks on the roof from the breeze blowing it around. Very messy to work with. If it were thicker, it'd be much easier to manage and apply.

Multi purpose
This product is pretty messy to use but useful for many repairs. The tires on one of my utility carts was weathered and beginning to peal. I cleaned it up and applied two coats of the flex seal. I alos dipped some tool handles ans have some other things in mind. The product goes a long way. My 32 ounces isn't even half empty.
