Great for young kids and excellent customer service
This is a budget watch so I didn't expect anything fancy. I realized the cost of this watch is not much higher than a regular digital watch, but you have more options with this. I got these watches for my younger children. They don't have phones so I put the app on my phone. You can only put one watch on one phone, so I put my other child's watch on an older teen's phone. So I don't have it connected to receive my texts or anything like that. I just use it to set alarms and monitor sleep.I love that you can set a LOT of alarms on these. This has been crucial for my ADHD son knowing when he needs to be somewhere. We also use the watch to monitor his sleep. I don't know about accuracy but I think it gives us a general sense how long he's sleeping every night. The plastic piece broke off one end and customer service was excellent in sending a replacement.

Very reliable over the years
I’ve been using this as a watch/alarm for at least 7 years and it’s great because I don’t need a physical alarm clock. Down-sides are that it doesn’t automatically recognize time changes when you travel. I was horrified to be late to a wedding shower when I assumed it would accommodate. You have to manually update when you change time zones. It lasts a couple of years, but the plastic attachment at some point breaks, and then there is no alarm. I resort to setting my phone at that point but it’s so annoying! I’m now keeping a spare on hand. Can’t speak to fitness, I don’t use those features.

A good option
I bought this for my 7 year old as an inexpensive way to set reminders for him throughout the school day and it has been a good solution. The app is easy enough to use and I am able to set multiple reminders, including wake up, sedentary reminder, and general. Plus he loves tracking his steps! One thing to note...there is a stop watch function, but if you’re looking for something with a timer (where you can set an amount of time and get notified when it’s up) this won’t do that. We did also have an issue with the screen dying on our first one a few months in, but the company was quick to respond and sent a replacement right away. All in all a good experience and a great inexpensive option.

Solid option for a slight price
We wanted to find an inexpensive fitness tracker for our very active son. I'd seen favorable reviews of the Biggerfive Slim Fitness tracker and was positively surprised by the LOW price. We previously had owned the kids FitBit tracker as well as the Garmin activity tracker. While the app interface on those two items was nicer, for a pure freestanding activity tracker, this little unit is hard to beat. In addition to the agreeable price, the built-in charge design was slick and we like the overall aesthetic. With other activity trackers, the actual tracker somehow kept getting dislodged from the watchband.I was disappointed when the Slimfit simply died a few weeks into use, but the Customer Support quickly provided an entirely new unit after verifying that it was being charged correctly. The other one must have had a bad battery because this one's battery is lasting MUCH longer. You do need to connect the device to a tablet or phone for some of the set up and obviously to download and archive the activity. The app is intended for a phone but is usable on a tablet too, just not sized well for that format. The sleep monitoring seemed off on the original, defective unit but our son and we were mainly curious how many steps he was getting in this summer.I would recommend giving this option a go for essential activity tracking.

Isn't accurate and instructions are non existant
My 9yo daughter was so excited to get a fitness tracker watch. The must have functions for her were counting steps and a stop watch. We chose this one because of all the "good" reviews and that it came with 2 different colored bands. I should not have had high expectations, but I did. We got it last night and excitedly presented it to our daughter. She was thrilled. But then we started using it....First of all, the watch is cool looking and the 2 bands are great.BUT, you can't even set the time on it without syncing it to a phone. This I find very annoying, as this is a watch for kids. Why should it HAVE to sync to a phone to tell the time?AND, the step counter is WAY off. It is logging dozens of extra steps just when my daughter walks from the kitchen to the dining room. So far this morning it has logged over 1,200 steps and I know there is no way she has walked even half that.ALSO, the stop watch feature (which, if you recall, was very important to my daughter) is impossible to figure out. I asked in the questions how to use the stopwatch and the seller said "You can use the stopwatch after you enter the sport mode." Yeah.... I read the instructions and saw that it claims that is the case.... But, we have done what the instructions say to turn it to "sport mode" but nothing changes and no stop watch option even comes up upon doing that.... I need more details, or just tell me that the stop watch function doesn't actually work or whatever. I just want to know. And lastly, the instructions are very poor in explaining how to use the different functions. So, all in all, if you just want a watch for your kid that has a cool band and can connect to your phone, then sure, this will be just fine. If you want a somewhat accurate step counter with easy to use functions, then this isn't the watch for you.As for us, I see a return in our future....
