not a good item to buy. chain saw
there is no phone number to call if your having trouble with the item sold. no sellers phone or address on the instructions. there is a part on the instruction that is not on the saw where the start button is located right under it not there. will not start its not a very good saw. did not used it wont start.

Start up string didn’t work, was still new, not been used.
The start up string had to be repaired, before I even used the saw. I’m returning the saw because it won’t crank, let me how to return the saw.
