As sceptical as I am of the claims for supplements and gut health products I was surprised at how these did make an improvement on my gut health. So much so I will be buying again.

Honestly didn’t notice a huge difference. I have been using a similar probiotic/prebiotic for much less money and I don’t see a huge difference for the price tag tbh. Not bad, just not amazing either.

They have really helped the bloating caused by IBS that I have suffered for 20 years

Bought these after researching best pre & pro biotics online due to post covid complications. Early research into long covid has shown pre & pro biotics to be an effective treatment combined with other supplements. I chose these as they were recommended as the best on the market for people with digestive problems & diseases due to them bypassing the stomach & only breaking down once they reach the small intestine. After only 2 weeks my ibs and diverticular symptoms have vastly improved & my energy is returning. I'm also no longer in pain. Felt bloated and windy for the first few days but it soon settled. Expensive I grant you but they've made a huge difference to my quality of life already. Will definitely buy again.

So far so good! I can see reduced bloating after meals or when I consume foods like onion and garlic. Can't complain!

There seems to be no doubt about the benefits of probiotic although if not familiar with them, it might be worth investigating the different types available - and in this instance this is a combination or prebiotics and probiotics). As is typical this contains one month’s supply, and it is reckoned that any benefits take longer than that to manifest themselves. So the jury is still out on how effective these are.

I have suffered from IBS for years and so was more than willing to give these a go in return for my honest review.The tablets come in a small glass jar and contains 60 tablets (30 days supply). You are advised to take 2 tablets each morning or evening with a glass of water.The capsules contain pre & prebiotics and support immunity, skin, digestion, energy and more.I did notice a small change with my IBS when using these for the 30 days, however to be able to give a more detailed review, I would prefer to take for the full 90 days... however I felt the £42 price tag a month was rather high. Due to this reason I decided against continuing after the initial 30 days.

Great value for money with this tub , tables are quite big but are easy to swallow with very little taste too them
