Helpful, quick, fun
Very helpful! Easy to use book for a beginner like me. I’m enjoying flipping through it, just trying to learn some phrases for my own knowledge & interest. This little book seems really well organized for quick use on the go, you can look up common phrases/questions that apply to specific situations and get options for how to express what ypu want to say. Looking forward to soneday traveling & testing out the language.

Yes, buy this book! Perfect for learners
Just what I was looking for. Korean spelling, pronunciations, English spelling, words and conversations. My child is self teaching Korean and is doing great thanks to this book

Some of the pronunciations are completely wrong, but most are good enough. Fine for travelers.

What in the world?...
This is one of many books I bought for a friend who wants to learn Korean. I wanted to see them first before I suggest certain books to my friend. Unfortunately, this book is definitely not recommended. All the pronunciations are incorrect. Sure, learning it the way its in this book can get you by, but its not the correct pronunciations. I bought it because it was revised by Woojoo Kim, a Korean. I can't comprehend as to how Woojoo Kim approved the way the pronunciations are written. From my perspective, this book was never revised or only the Korean words were revised. No offense or disrespect to the author and/or Woojoo Kim. Just my review on this book. Again, I do not recommend this book. Oh for the record, I'm also 100% Korean and fluent.

Has the words broken out into English so can easily learn to read the words and how to say them. Pocket size and has just about all need to learn to have conversations.

Quickie phrases for establishing rapport with new friends, in-laws...
But no basics like "yes", "no", "faster", "Slower", "too cold"."Too hot" etc. But handy non the less.
