I bought this for my teenaged sons as they are currently undergoing examinations and cannot have them getting ill. Thus far the one sniffle they got went away quickly. I also love that I get to get age specific vitamins so the younger ones know not to touch.

16 year old has taken these the past couple of years and likes them. He doesn't always eat a balanced diet so these help him get the vitamins he needs to stay healthy. My son likes the taste until he is all filled up with his vitamins. H takes it as a sign that he is no longer deficient. I tried them and love the taste! They are slightly sweet and slightly tart. They dissolve quickly, so you are not chewing forever. Says 1 a day but you actually need to take 2 a day.
