This shade is awesome...super easy to set up- just make sure the bags are as far apart as possible-unless it is very windy. Light to med wind is best...strong wind will not allow it to stand. We had to use ponytail elastics around balls on outside which really helped it stay up better, otherwise highly recommend for the beach!

Was very affordable and good quality

I was so excited about this tent. It looks great and seemed so easy to put up from the videos. But it is not a breeze if there is any slight breeze. Took 6 tries to get it up. Finally some strangers came over to help because they saw the two of us struggle. All four of us could not get it to stay without burying the poles 10 inches in the ground. Then after 10 minutes a light breeze took it down, like a sail. Maybe under perfect circumstances a team of engineers and physics professors could get it to work properly, but we could not... And I am a pragmatic problem solver full of ingenuity. NOT WORTHY OF $100. . Maybe worth a try at $40. But it should be able to handle a shore breeze for a C-note. I say do not bother or you will be disappointed.

Great concept and nice and lightweight, but plan on bringing rope and stakes. This thing will not stand up to even the slightest bit of wind!

Great concept and design. Our experience was somewhat challenging due the winds we encountered. The wind was typical as any other beach encounters. Maybe we will try different setup design next time.
