Recommended buy!
So my 11 year old is non verbal autistic and we own 2 other Samsung tablets so honestly I wasn't expecting a whole lot out of a refurbished one. I received it and set it up tonight in prep for Christmas and yeah it's not lighting fast but it's decent! For a kid that only watches YouTube it'll do!!!! It's clean, not cracked, came with the starter packet and a charger looked bran new! Screen resolution is top notch, size is what I expected, touch sensitivity is like a new one. Like I said the slackness is there but it's not bad!

Great tablet, wrong charger
I got this after my last tablet was returned. I had pretty high hopes, and honestly this exceeded my expectations! Great quality, no issues with it whatsoever even with it being refurbished. No scratches, no dirt, nothing. Looks just like new! I got it mostly so my social media can come off my phone and I’ve been very pleased with the video quality and how quickly it responds.The only reason it’s 4 starts not 5 is that Amazon sent me the wrong cable in the package. This takes a USB-C, but they sent a micro USB instead. Not a huge deal but I didn’t realize until time to charge it and now I have to go out a buy a new one last minute. Not an issue with the product, just something to check when you receive the item.

This was a refurbished tablet
My 12 year old don't know it was refurbish, she loves it. It looks like new and works great. It is hard to beat samsung tablets and phones, for the price. The battery works like new. It came with charger and cables. The only thing wrong, was the cable/ cord didn't fit the charger. But, I keep plenty on chargers around.

Good quality, slow. Slow.
The battery life, screen quality and build are great. This also works great with my copper-tip stylus but it's slow. Most apps load fine but some that are more resource intensive, like Wingspan, can take a few minutes to load. It's an exercise in zen-like patience.It's fine for personal use but I wouldn't want to use it in a work environment or anywhere that timely/quick use would be needed.
