Still the best multi-vitamin formula I've found. It has a good profile of supplements and there's no hyper-dosing with hundreds of times the amount you need of each element (which can cause issues). The ingredients are high quality and are the highly-absorbable versions of nutrients instead of the cheaper stuff that allows some makers to put units of nutrients on their labels that your body will never actually be able to extract from the cheaper forms. My go-to choice every time.

I always take this brand because it never upsets my stomach. They are also easy to swallow.
