Are these light like corelle?

They are break resistant, and they feel like Corelle. They are heavier just a bit. My husband dropped a plate just a couple days ago and the plate shattered, so they are not Non-breakable, but they are resistant. I have bumped them plenty of times, where a glass plate would have broke. They are durable, but not to dropping them.

After putting in the microwave how hot do they get?
