The tool arrived damaged....the guard was so bent you couldn't even mount the cut-off wheel. I returned it without even powering it on....I have no idea if it works good or no.

I love this tool
I needed a non air cuttur and this is worth the money. high quality and works great. NOTE: the disc that come with it are cheap and dangerous!!!!! buy good quality replacements and throw away the ones that come with it. Your ER doctor will thankyoiu...

Works Best With Sciotch

Not useable in unmodified form.
I followed the included instructions and utilized the included tools and cutting-disc from the original packaging but found this product to be defective and unusable unless modified.To clarify, when you tighten down the bolt onto the cutting disc, the cutting disk remains loosely fit and is able to wobble in place.To remedy this, I had to find a large washer, then drill out the washer center hole until the diameter of the hole was large enough to fit onto the center of the high-speed cutter, where the disc would go.Once the large washer was in place, the cutting disc could be placed on top of it, and then the bolt would tighten down onto the disc, securing it into place.Unfortunately, once this modification had been done, the safety-cover had to be removed to allow the disc to spin freely. It is now a useful (albiet unsafe) tool, post modification.I would not recommend this product to anyone, unless this issue is resolved, by the manufacturer.

Strong workhorse for what I needed.
As long as you keep a new cutting disc on it , it will keep going! Gets warm but kept on cutting. 20 wheel lugs is what I cut with it. Cut like butter! Now my wife's jeep has wheel spacers that fit perfect! Thank you!

Perfect for my home project
I had a stripped phillips head crocked screw that I could not get out of the wall for anything. Got this tool, cut a grove and was able to remove with flat head screw driver. Happy that this item saved the day and wall for me!
