Septic Tank Diffuser Bar

I started with nothing in my septic tank to compare to so had to engineer something. I wanted a lot of air flow and easy to install. I wanted the diffuser bar a few inches off the bottom. This unit checked all of the boxes. I installed this along with an ater jam 80 pump. It has been churning away for 60 days with no loss of flow. Its pricey but I would buy it again.

A bit pricy, but seems to be worth it considering the excellent design and convenience. Well thought out. Produced a powerful air bubble churn of the tank waste water. (Using a HiBlow HP-80.) Very easy to quickly install the assembly in the tank or remove the assembly from the tank. My tank has a 10-inch diameter port which posed no problems. I did have to add extra weight to keep the assembly from floating up; just loosely slipped a three foot long, larger diameter PVC pipe over my 3/4-inch schedule 40 PVC air supply pipe. That simple modification added enough weight to cure the floating tendency. Overall: A+, works as intended, recommended.

At first glance I was very skeptical due to its size but the evidence of our saturated leach field has disappeared within two weeks. Totally amazed. Did ad a few minor modifications such as weighted footings but very impressed.

Seems to do the job. Looks and feels fragile, but working great. don't forget you will need extra connectors to your piping.
