I use these at home and bring them with me to travel to add to morning oatmeal. I don't want to grind my own and ground flax in a big bag goes rancid way before I would use it all. These are therefore perfect. Enough said :)

I love the convenience and portion control of just opening and adding to blender smoothies for the important Omega 3’s since I don’t eat fish and avoid nuts. This product helps fat soluble vitamins in the plants I blend into smoothies to be assimilated.

I have been using these for years. I was able to get them at our grocery store and then they didn't have them anymore so I was pleased when I found them at Amazon. They are great and are just one serving. I can put them in my bag with my medications for the morning and use them on my cereal.

The package is a but bit difficult to open. I have to use scissors, but other than that it was a great buy.

Not only are these packs delicious but they can easily be thrown into some max and cheese or a sauce or soup.Easy fiber and yummy!

I wouldn't recommend. They tasted weird compared to other brands that we've tried from supermarkets, so we're not going to use them. It is a convenient idea though!

I wanted to add flax seed to my diet because it has positive blood pressure effects. I find this brand very tasty. It comes in twelve small packets, which is very convenient. The milled flax has a nice, nutty taste that goes great on ice cream. Definitely recommended.

For two weeks, every morning I took a flax packet from the box and put it on my cheerios and granola cereal. The ground flaxseed added texture to my cereal. The one serving packets were very convenient except they were kind of hard to open - I had to use food scissors to open the packets and even then I often spilled a bit of ground flaxseed on my kitchen counter. I can't speak to how healthy the flaxseed is in this format - but I suspect it is quite healthy.
