Nathan James Parker Modern Home Office Writing, Computer or Laptop Desk with Open Storage Cubby and Small Drawer, Walnut

We have this desk in our vacation home "Villa Paradiso" rental in Sarasota for 2 1/2 years now. It's perfect for the mid-century modern style and theme of the house and is holding up beautifully. High quality and was not difficult to assemble.

Super cute and very easy build! The top comes assembled so you just screw in the legs. Love the color and style of this desk. The top came with a small blemish but it doesn’t bother us, something that can be easily covered with a candle or laptop. Love the color of the desk, very sturdy and great match for the chair we also got on Amazon. Good buy! Arrived very quick!

The desks arrived in excellent condition. The style is perfect; mid century modern and a great color that can pull anything on the room together. They were easy to assemble. I have three kids (5, 9, and 12) and one of my kids got what appeared to be green marker on the desk. I was able to get it out but had to do significant scrubbing. I was shocked that this desk didn't get scratched at all. My kids did manage to sing the front edge a bit with our old chairs that had handles. The handles were at the exact right height that it gouged the top edge of the desk. I used a minwax golden oak blend-fil pencil and it worked perfectly. It took the color well and looks great.

Super sturdy thick wood. Perfect walnut color. A little short in the leg space but it’s ok. It’s been less than a year, but I use it 5 days a week 8hours a day so it’s gets a lot of use. Small random chips in the front of the wood…not sure what is causing it. Oh and I looooove the assembly! Simple just screw 4 legs on and done. IKEA could neverrrrr

Customer service was amazing. The front part of the drawer came separated when the desk first arrived. I contacted the customer service department to ask if I could get just the drawer part because I didn’t really want to disassemble, re-pack, and arrange the return since the only part that had an issue was the drawer. Their response was fast, and they were kind enough to send an entirely new desk and allowed me to keep the original desk. The second desk came in perfect condition. I will be ordering some other furniture from Nathan James because not only do I like the quality of the product, but I was also happy with the customer service. The desk itself is perfect too. It is study, minimalistic, and the assembly took me just 5 minutes – you can literally attach the legs into the holes, and that’s it. The color is as shown in the product photos, not too orange or dark. It is wide enough to fit my laptop, monitor, keyboard, and some other stuff for my home office.
