This worked well, initially, but those that will be using this will need it for long term. I had for about 1 year of light use. It started leaking after a few months. At one year the rubber fill hose has disintegrated. Like others have said if it were $15 then you could consider it disposable but at nearly $50 you expect it to last. I’m 5’9” 175 lb for reference.

This is a great product. It's comfortable and easily adjustable. Very easy to slide on and off after tying the knot to the desired size. I especially like it on my adjustable bed because I need a different level of support depending on how I have the bed positioned.

It’s a good product, but it tends to break within 9-12 months. I weigh 170 pounds as a reference. I’ve already gone through my third one.

This is almost perfect. Just needs an easy to use flat buckle so you don't have to tie a knot to keep it in place to sleep with it. Like the adjustable inflation mechanism. Very soft on the side that touches your skin.

Yeah, this has some flaws mentioned in the reviews below (ex: moves around during the night), but it gets 5 stars from me for one giant reason: this was the only thing I tried that got rid of my back pain. I tried PT, sleeping with a wedge, using pillows and rolled blankets under my back, sleeping on my side, etc. Once I got this tuned to the right amount of pumps (9 for me) and figuring out where I should put it (right below the outward curve of the spine), I could sleep through the night. And that's a large, important thing in my life. So, yes, it's not perfect, but I won't quibble: any product that effectively gives me real sleep back, as well as reduces pain, deserves 5 stars.

This worked well for me for a few months. But it won't stay inflated. which makes it useless. The manufacturer has been sold to another company, which will not recognize the 1- year warranty or issue a refund. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

The PropAir sleeper is exactly what is advertised. It helps prop up the lower back while on your side or on your back. I feel totally supported. It helps to alleviate pain due to a bulging disk. Highly recommended.

This thing is amazing. I don’t use it to sleep all night but I do use it when I lie on my back. I also sometimes use it while sitting. It enables me to lie on my back which is so helpful. Yes, these probably won’t last forever but they are quality products, other reviews complain that they break over time but human beings are heavy and to me it makes sense that there will be natural wear and tear, especially if they are used 8 hours a night to sleep on. With occasional use (approx 10 hours a week) my pillow is as good as it is as the day I bought it, which was nearly a year ago

I have mine 8 months and already there is a puncture in the rubber inflation tube.
