I love these. I am a 59-year-old aggressive trail runner. I used to wake up at night from knee pain, but these have helped a ton. I never would have believed they would provide so much help and pain relief. I've not had any problems with an upset stomach. They are somewhat large pills, but I have not had any trouble swallowing them. The quality is amazing, and even when I have used them at half dose, the strength usually does the trick.

Everything was fine except the actual delivery. It was delivered to the front porch. I live in the back. Directions were added to the delivery instructions. This is on the driver, not you. Bu I had to vent.This product helps with pain and stiffness in my hips and knees.
