I wasn't sure it would work with my headset, since there's a notch that is supposed to keep the microphone aligned in a particular direction, but it fits great, and initial tests are promising - and about half the price of getting a replacement from Turtle Beach!

i lost my old mic a long time ago and have just been using the headset as head phones and purchased a cheaper headset with a mic. i was very happy to stubble across this replacement so i could go back to gaming with the better headset. works exactly like the old mic and a perfect fit for my old headset.

I loved the size. The sound quality was pretty good. However it died shortly after first use. This was a replacement for my Turtle Beach Battle Buds (the original mic always felt too close to my mouth) so the issue might be an error on my behalf. Sadly, I could not replace it as I waited too long to test them thoroughly. By the time I used them and they died, it was past the return window. I may buy them again to see if another pair works, for science.

I needed a mic of quality, I bought this mic. This mic is good for voice chat with sound filter, only buy this for the x07 turtle beaches

Stop working after 2 months. I get a loud interference buzzing noise, and when I adjust the microphone it picks up interference like an antenna. it's not the controller since does it on multiple controllers with or without the Turtle Beach amp attachment.
