Scotty #455 Bait Board, No Mount

Completely exceeded my expectations. I originally purchased one about a year and a half ago for use on my fishing kayak. I liked it so much that I added one to my jon boat. They are great for a little extra room. I like that I can keep my lure, sandwich, drink, or whatever up off the floor and seats. As for durability, this thing could probably stop a bullet PROS: -Durable -Versatile...with all of the Scotty mounting options out there, you can find a way to put this table on anything -Tool holes and table mounted options like cup holders CONs: -cost. You're paying roughly $20 for a piece of plastic Still, this is a great item. From large craft to small, buy this and you won't be disappointed.

Durable, washable, and versatile. Had to purchase the Scotty #429 gear head extender arm but it fit perfect in my Old Town Predator Angler socket mounts. Holds my bait, cell phone, fish finder and has ability to adjust to multiple positions and hold that position when locked.

I definitely recommend this item to anyone that may need it . I use it to cut up shad . My knife with leather sheath fits perfect in the top square hole thing . I honestly expected this tray to wobble a little or have some sort of play . But no ,Not at all! I do 55 on the water and the thing is better than I expected . Zero movement . I procrastinated buying this item for 6 months and I don’t know why it’s amazing ! If you use cut bait it’s way worth it . Keeps all the nastiness off the boat . ! Hope this helps. Besides being. Little mall it worked good for what I used it for

I have several Scotty products on my pontoon boat and have been happy with this product line. I like to fish from the front of the boat and had used the captains style chairs to set stuff on to have it in reach while I am fishing. That works, but then I have stuff all over the seat. I mounted this board with Scotty Gear Head Mount Extender so it does not hang over the water and use it to hold my pliers, soft baits, lures, etc. The board and the add-on arm are small/light enough to hold the tray steady, but still large enough to be useful when fishing. I mounted a Scotty drink holder to the back right location and even with a glass bottle in the drink holder the board is stable enough for my needs. Although it is not a necessity, I find that I use it all the time and would recommend it to others.

Great board. Lots of spots for things. Not sure about durability. Not sure on weight strength, but I'm not worried,it's a Scotty product!

This is a great little product. Its very tough feeling and I do not expect durability to ever be an issue. I just started buying Scotty products and am so far very impressed, however, it would be nice if they included a little more mounting hardware with the accessories. For example, the cup holder came with self driving screws and the camera mount came with nuts and bolts that did not fit into the cutting board without modification. I think standardizing it as a nut and bolt connection and including everything you need with the cutting board would really make this product a grand slam. Really, i think they should sell the board, long arm, and other accessories all in one kit with all of the mounting hardware you need. With that said, this is a great product and only takes a trip to the hardware store to grab a few extra screws to make things work.

This is a terrific addition to my kayak. I no longer have to cut bait on the surface of my 'yak! There was one thing that was a little unclear when I purchased this, which is whether or not the post bracket is included with the board or needed to be purchased separately. The post bracket WAS included with the board I purchased, and it arrived ready to be dropped right into a Scotty mount. I did order the Gear Head Mount Extender to give me some flexibility in positioning the board. I'm really pleased with this product.
