First, I will start by saying that the product is certainly very easy to use. Also, there are so many cleaning uses for it. I have used it in my vehicle and in my home. In my home I have used it on my baseboards, kitchen backslash, and even my leather sofa. It gets everything so very clean and no chemicals are needed.

I recently purchased this steam cleaner from Amazon, and I must say, it has been a complete disappointment from the very beginning. This product turned out to be nothing more than a worthless piece of junk that failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. Allow me to share my frustrating experience with this steam cleaner.First and foremost, the unit failed to produce any steam, rendering it utterly useless for its intended purpose. No matter how long I waited or how many times I attempted to use it, the steam simply refused to materialize. I followed the instructions to the letter, hoping for a satisfactory result, but all I got was a non-functional nightmare.Furthermore, the product's build quality was severely lacking. The flimsy plastic components felt cheap and fragile, and I had a constant fear that the steam cleaner would fall apart in my hands. It's safe to say that this product does not inspire any confidence in terms of durability or longevity.The customer service experience was equally frustrating. When I contacted the company's support team to report the issues, they appeared disinterested and provided no real solutions. It felt like they were merely going through the motions, lacking any genuine concern for my problem. I expected better customer support for a product that clearly did not live up to its promises.To make matters worse, the overall design of the steam cleaner was impractical and inconvenient. The water tank was tiny and required constant refills, which became a hassle during longer cleaning sessions. Additionally, the cord length was disappointingly short, limiting my range of movement and forcing me to constantly search for available power outlets.In conclusion, this steam cleaner was an absolute waste of my hard-earned money. Its non-functional steam production, flimsy build quality, lackluster customer service, and impractical design make it impossible for me to recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this steam cleaner at all costs.

Much easier to use then my first purchase.

I used the device for 20 minutes cleaning my shower. Did a great job cleaning but the slightest slip of the hand and you will have severe burns. There should be a guard on the handle grip to prevent you from coming in contact with the metal components. It’s a plastic grip, how hard would it have been to put a 1/4” tall circular guard on the end? Steam output is intermittent. You will get about 30 seconds, then wait another minute to get another 30 second burst. Cord length isn’t sufficient for bathrooms as they usually don’t put outlets near the shower. You will need an extension cord if you have a decent size bathroom.

This little steamer works on your car. Easy to use. It has different steam levels to select. Also has different tips to use. Good value for your money.

Love it for in the house and for work. I have the best looking tub and washer around ❤️❤️

It kinda works, but not as great as I had hoped for.Don't touch the extension wand as it gets very hot and will burn you.I would rate this a 5 out of 10.More than likely I will return it.
