Can u use a dimmer switch with this please

Where does the earth wire attatch with the ring in the end

The lamp has life, neutral and earth that connects with the same wires from the wall. The lamp is not using much electricity anyway, it is economic

How is this light 100W ??? Its a led strip light on it.
