Fitness bands

These resistance bands are fantastic! I've been using them for a variety of workouts, from stretches to more intense exercises, and I'm really impressed.They work great and provide the perfect amount of resistance for my routine. What stands out the most is how durable and strong they are. I've used other bands in the past that quickly lost their elasticity or even snapped, but these feel incredibly well-made and hold up perfectly, even with consistent use. I bought these for my daughter after an injury she had. She's an athlete so she's always either doing rehab, physical therapy, or rehab for her sport. We loved these bands with different resistance, and they came in her favorite color purple. They have a large selection of colors that you can get them in. They were so versatile that she could use them with many of the different exercises she needed to do. Very effective. Great quality and she's still using them! When you get them, they come with a cute little bag with a drawstring so you can take them with you to the gym, home, or even when you travel. My daughter took them all the way to Maui and back. Definitely recommend.

These workout bands are great. Perfect length and thickness. Super easy to carry around to the gym and for traveling. I love the colors and no logo printed on the bands unlike other bands. They lose the resistance over time. I had to replace after a year. It is excellent for lunges and hip flexor/glute workouts.

Great bands! All five felt very different and heaviest is definitely something to work up to, it comes with a little bag for storage and also a small exercise book to help get you started. No issues with snapping or bands coming lose, just good set of resistance bands for beginners even! I love having bands that match my color scheme!

They are very slippery so it’s ok

5 different levels, I tried the first 3 lighter once so far, there is a long way to try and exercise with them. It's a good size, pretty resistant, range of motion depends on the person that is wearing them, they roll a little bit on their own when i do squats, but happens mainly with the lighters one.
