I've been trying to work out again after a long hiatus. I don't like going to the gym and can usually get a good work out at home except for puling exercises. I bought some bands and could not figure out how to use them effectively and this helped a lot.Pulling exercises are important specially for shoulder health. I injured my shoulders and this helped in stretching and working out the rotator cuff. I've used it for around two weeks now and I think that I have a good grasp of it. First of is the quality. The material seems great and I don't think it will be break anytime soon (except for one reason which I will note below). The attachment points are made out of metal and the spacing is good. The only worry that I have is that if I leave it on my door the material might chafe over timer at the bottom where my door doesn't have much clearance. It's so easy to take out and put on that I usually take off when I'm done with my exercises.I haven't use it to work out other pats of the body apart from shoulders due to having dumbbells. However I did try doing some curls with a thick band attached to the lowest attachment point and I can see that it will be an effective exercise.I like this so much that I will buy another one for a friend that lives in another country.

Highly recommend buying this if you’re going to utilize a resistance band workout. Makes it super convenient and keeps all the bands off the floor or balled up in the bag they come in.Add extra handles and hooks makes for a fuller experience and makes a quick workout that much more efficient and effective. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re planning on a regular workout using bands. Helps with small muscle groups and getting multiple angles on certain muscle groups that need it.

It's a great idea and convenient to use for using bands in the house instead of going to the gym. The issue I have is no matter what I do it never stays tight to the door. After about 3 reps of anything i have to open the door and re-tighten the strap.

Very well made. I didn't fear it would break and smash me in the face or back. Easy to install. Very useful. I like it with the flat bands more than round ones but that is just me. It will work with either.

This strap was easy to set up and is very sturdy when using. The picture on the Amazon item is very representative of the item. I was pleased that this had both loops and metal clips at each height.

This product allows for easy change of the resistance band anchor position. The strap is a little loose at the middle position, therefore, one needs to be a little careful when exercising to prevent banging on the door. When I used the TRX Rip-Trainer, I had this problem. Must keep tension on the anchor to prevent the banging. Basic resistance band exercises should not give this problem.

Works as advertised. Simple to install by yourself, does not get in the way, and it's not an eyesore. Does not damage the door after multiple uses. I have mine attached to my bathroom door so I see it everyday which is an incentive to actually use it. I don't think you can damage or break this product accidentally. It's good if you wanna start working out again and are hesitant to get a gym membership or buy weights which cost slightly more and take up more space. The only con is that it doesn't come with resistance bands or a set of suggested workouts.

I was excited to buy and use this product but I have 8 foot doors so it did not fit. The material seemed high quality and wish it came in a longer size. It appears the strap has a maximum length 177 inches plus you need some extra length to tighten so if your doors are larger than 6 feet tall I would not buy this product. I have not been able to find this product in a length around ~210 inches so it would be useable for my situation.
