The skillets replaced non-stick skillets that contained chemicals linked to environmental dangers. My goal was to replace the offending skillets with a safer non-stick surface. So far the skillets seem perfect. The user is advised to use "some" cooking oil (not spray and not low smoke point), and using a little oil and keeping the skillets from over-heating has worked perfectly. Nothing sticks --- so far -- and that includes beef, eggs, sandwiches, sausages, etc. They heat evenly and have perfectly flat bottoms (no warping), which allows them to perform well with my glass stove top. Note: As the instructions indicate, you cannot use them with an induction stove top. The skillets clean easily and after a month of use the bottoms and the inside retain their "as new" color.

First ceramic pan I've owned, and not the last. I use it almost every day and the cooking surface still looks like new. Easily washed off with a little bit of water and a soft brush. Best nonstick pan I've ever had!

This is great to cook eggs in with very little oil or butter. Great nonstick and easy to clean.But the handle is thin and cheap and cuts into your fingers when you try to pour something out of the pan.

Excellent. Nothing sticks. Im picky about eggs and am trying to avoid using too much oil and been looking for perfect nonstick pan. I put just a tiny bit of oil and thats enough to have those eggs sliding easily around the pan and onto your plate. I’ve made other things on it too and have never had to do more than wet the pan and run a soft sponge over it to wipe clean.The lid is a great thing to have. Many good frying pans dont come with one at this price.The size is perfect. Heats up pretty quick. Never need on high heat and it is distributed fairly evenly in all areas.With the matte gold handle it looks beautiful too when left out on the stove. Im tempted to buy the whole set.

This pan is SO DANGEROUS, DO NOT BUY THIS. First off I thought I was buying a brand new pan, but when it came delivered with a sticker that said "Thank you for repurposing this product" and it had a large scratch on the bottom, along with packaging that was not the same as the other set I had spent a questionable amount of money on, I realized they gave me a returned item. I cooked ground beef it it first and a slight tip of the pan almost spilled scalding hot food on my arm because it has low sloped sides and is very non-stick; scary. I am making chicken fajitas right now and did use the pan for the chicken, but cannot fit the bell pepper, onion into the same pan to add the fajita mix so this pan is worthless as I am used to using the Farxxxxxxx 12 inch skillet that has straight up and high sides; everything fits. Even if you are cooking only for yourself, this would only fit one meal. I am going to see how the other Green Pan set that I bought holds up over the next few years, but am going to re purchase a new Farxxxxxxx 12 inch pan tomorrow for the same price I paid for this one except I can actually use that pan. I was unable to return this pan because I waited too long while trying it, and had thrown away the required original packaging which would have cost me $20 to buy outright, or half the amount I paid for the pan. I am going to put it in my garage and hopefully sell it one day at a garage sale for $5 which is all that it is worth.

It’s the best pan I’ve ever purchased and it was 28 bucks! Don’t even hesitate to get it. Eggs slide off and just wipe with a paper towel. My wife and I laugh at the fact that we were in the fence about ceramic for the last 4 years. Best thing we ever purchased for our kitchen besides the dishwasher.

Good size, VERY non-stick, and with the metal handle it's good for higher temps, though I would still use cast iron for that. I would buy agsin.
