As described, arrived on time.
No coupling joint. My old hose was good except for broken tube end. I added new hose to the tube end of my old one after removing the short thing that goes into the waste collection bag. The original attachments fit good on the new nozzle end. It extends the full length of hose but still has good suction power.

This ONLY fits ShopVac products
This hose is special made to replace the hose from a particular ShopVac model (see the funky thing on one end there) and it will not fit generic small vacs like the stinger without modification (cutting that thing off) AND using an adapter because the diameter left is a fraction too big to fit.I REALLY dislike companies that purposely avoid sticking to a standards based approach and make their stuff just different enough that while it’s close it cannot work with standard stuff- and forcing you (us) to buy their specific equipment which always costs WAY more than the standardized stuff. This is the hose that convinced me I will never buy a ShopVac product again.However, for the record, let me make it crystal clear that if you have the one specific ShopVac model that uses this hose there isn’t a d@m# thing wrong with it, it’s a light duty well made hose that should serve you well, but the rest of us who don’t have that - don’t make my mistake, this isn’t the hose you want.
