Does this book of stickers include cleaning routine stickers?

Just received my booklet about 1/2 hour ago so I'm not entirely versed in its contents and there is no index. A quick look through it revealed empty laundry baskets, and multiple stickers you could write your own labels on. The stickers vary in size, but not are extra large. Lots of smaller ones, more adaptable to personal use than in an office setting, I think. Hope that helps.

How many of these are about working out and how many have to do with diet and eating right?

I don't have any on hand right now, as they are all at the Amazon warehouse, but from what I can remember, I would say about 40% are about working out (goals, steps, etc.), 40% diet (meals, snacks, water consumption, calories, etc.), and 20% motivational/decorative. The first 80% allow you to record things on them. I hope that helps.

Are there St. Patty's day stickers?

This really fun pack is my favorite for my personal planner. It includes all Holidays, seasons, birthday, weather, and shapes. Arrows, flowers, stars, hearts, etc. and lots of decorative small and full size rectangle stickers to fill the planner blocks. There are only a few for St. Patrick's day, including 3 clovers and a green "lucky" circle on the Easter sticker page.
