[Seller Resolved] Arrived with Broken Packaging, and is Very Runny!
The media could not be loaded. Please see below for updates!Original Review:I opened the product with my mom in the same room, eager to use it for creating a barrier between my skin and Apple Watch. But, when I opened it, I noticed a bit of ointment was on the side of the lid as I slid my finger across it. I grabbed the seal with my fingers, and it was 2/3 of the way loose. I then attempted another reviewer’s theory by taking a Q-Tip and stirring the ointment, and sure enough, it was runny. This is a highly unacceptable business practice coming from someone who’s claiming to sell a hypoallergenic Diaper Rash Ointment on Amazon. If you don’t mind it runny (which is fine for the way I intend to use it), I guess this is okay. But if not, please stay away, for if you accidentally dump this while it’s open, you’ll have yourself a runny mess. Also, never remove the seal or turn it upside-down. Without the seal, it may leak right through the lid when turned upside-down or on its side.Update 03/23/2022:A couple days ago, I raised the concern to Amazon.com Customer Service, who promptly replaced the product. However, when it arrived, there was a cracked lid, and a mess in the box. I opened the lid, and sure enough, the seal on this one was broken, too. This is very unacceptable! I know it wasn’t Amazon’s fault. They weren’t aware of the product being like this, but still, it shames me to know such a good product has no quality control over their packaging. For now, I’ve raised the issue to Amazon to launch an investigation into this product, and asked for a refund. I highly suggest you stay away from this product until the investigation wraps up, especially if you have a Prime membership, and your stuff is being shipped by air.Update 04/07/2022:I have received a better quality replacement directly from the seller’s warehouse. It was carefully wrapped and paper, and didn’t spill no matter how many times I shaked it. The seal was non-existent, but that didn’t matter. The product was perfect in every way, and that’s all that matters. So, morale of the story is: This kind of product simply cannot be shipped via air, and that goes for any liquid product. They must also be cushioned with paper or air bags. Failure to do so will result in the broken, watery mess I received before. As of now, I have no use for the perfect one, and I know someone who could use it. So, I’m donating it to them. But for the broken ones, I’m gonna have to utilize those myself, as there’s no guarantee they will spill when transporting them.

Great Product!!!
"Five stars all the way for this miraculous diaper rash ointment! As a parent, finding the right solution for diaper rash can be daunting, but this product is an absolute game-changer. Not only does it provide instant relief for my little one's discomfort, but it also works wonders in healing and preventing future rashes. The gentle formula is soothing on delicate skin and I love that it's free from harsh chemicals. Plus, a little goes a long way, making it incredibly cost-effective. I wouldn't trust any other brand when it comes to keeping my baby's skin happy and healthy. Highly recommend!"

Desitin Max is better
I tried this because of the larger container. I like using a cloth round and scooping it out compared to squeezing out a tube. I am disappointed in this product compared to Desetin. It is thinner and I have no way of measuring the actual zinc content..it does not hold moisture out the way 40% zinc contains Desitin max does. Also..there is no cost savings so I will stick to Desitin max strength.

Watery
The media could not be loaded. I'm a bowel disease mom, so I experiment with a lot of diaper creams. This stuff is water and most definitely did not stick to my babies butt. The ingredients seem OK, and it's high in zinc which is good. I'm not one to throw away cream, so I'm trying to salvage by mixing corn starch to make it thicker. But overall by itself I wouldn't recommend it.
