I am a repeat customer on these. They seem fine. It will be another six months for an updated blood test to see if it works as I expect. The one thing you need to be aware of when you compare brands is that it is not just the capsule count and mg amounts per capsule; it depends on how they are promoting it. Some are telling 60 count and 1000 mg but the capsules are only 500mg and they consider you taking them twice a day as how they get to 1000 mg. I found this brand to be much more honest in how it communicated it labeling and that gives me a little more trust the active ingredients might also be in the stated amount.

I always have my doubts about products like this but in this case what is claimed by the producer actually happens. I am type 2 diabetic and rarely get my blood glucose below 140 using 250mg of metformin daily but with the addition of berberine It have been as low as 98 and regularly between 100-120.. So I believe it does what is claimed.

Using it for blood sugar control. So So. You have to be careful when it comes to blood pressure. I am always 120/75. Taking this gave me a reading of 105/65. Know this going in.

No upset stomach. I use daily as part of my vitamin regiment. It's health benefits are worth buying this supplement.
