I was in acute pain when I bought this. It was comfortable but the heat part was unexpectedly great. Plugged right into a USB power back that I put in my pocket. The amount of heat it put off was amazing. And yet it did not drain the power bank. I had to use it on low.The first unit was defective. The company sent me a second unit right away and that worked perfectly.The manual is an awkward translation from a non-native English speaker. Pretty funky in spots. It did not tell you that if you turn the unit off, you need to unplug and replug the USB from its power source before you can turn it on again. That's its only "con" in my book. Otherwise, it offers magnificent relief.

This applies great directly to your neck unlike a heating pad. Because it is a vehicle collar, it isn't the most comfortable but it works to help relieve pain in the neck area.

Unless I close it so tight it’s choking me, the heat never gets warm enough to work. Not worth it!

The heating pad is great, the collar not so much. The collar is too tall in the front, causing discomfort in my throat. I would return it, but the heating pad works as designed. I sued this on a long-haul flight with a different and more comfortable collar and it worked better than I could imagine although I wish it were wider, providing wider coverage, but it works good enough that I will keep it. The collar on the other hand, if I could get a partial refund I would, because it is absolutely the worst I have ever tried. Unless you have a long neck, skip this one or do as I did and use the heating pad with a different collar of your choice.YMMV

My wife uses this for her neck pain. She really likes the heat and how comfortable it is. The only issue is it would be much more convenient with a battery pack attachment.

Complete help with my head and neck discomfort! I love using this. It has been a wonderful addition to my neck and head. I had fallen in the shower. Split my head open and had staples put in it. This has worked wonders for me. I love it!!!

Works great

Not comfortable, I have a long neck, but this is for some with a giraffe neck super uncomfortable, and makes my neck hurt worst.
