Maybe more energy
I've heard great things about shilajit and just started trying it. The resin may be more potent but is too hard to swallow. There's no taste to the capsules. It's 1-2 a day, so this is affordable ($14.99). I think I've noticed a little bit more energy. It's subtle but lasts. I'm hoping there are other benefits as well.

I see no changes but since I know what it is I took it since childhood in Ukraine it works magic,therefore its a staple in supplements
