I purchased this RC for my son for Christmas. It had good reviews and looked better than all the toy RC's he has had in the past. He was extremely happy when he opened the box on Christmas. The fact that is hobby grade was a big deal for him. Later that day, we opened the box and spent a little time doing the final assembly. It was quick and easy.First Impression:The truck itself is a great size, it is built solid, the tires are great, and the truck just feels well built and durable. The controller has a speed setting, which is nice if you are in a small place to slow it down. The steering can be corrected from the controller. The speed and steering are both variable, which works really well. The gas filled shocks articulate really well and are adjustable. The tires feel grippy and heavy duty. Considering the price, this truck is an excellent value. I would say this competes with much more expensive RC's.First Test:The first ride was on concrete and pavement. The truck is extremely fast! We then moved it onto packed dirt, and it didn't slow down at all. we then moved it to grass. It handled it unbelievably. The shocks kept it steady while clipping around the lawn. I tried all types of terrain, sand dunes, grass, rocks, concrete, etc. and it handled extremely well. The battery lasted 25-30 minutes, which was great as you don't want to stop once you start driving the truck. The truck is powerful and fast, and will throw sand and dirt everywhere. The truck is well sealed and easy to clean up by lifting the top cover (2 clips).Bezgar:The company is excellent. I had a minor issue with one of the components and they were really quick to respond and send a replacement. This was very appreciated as this was my sons Christmas gift.Overall:I highly recommend buying this truck or other items from this company as it has been a great experience. 5 star company. I got this car for Christmas this year and have now had it for a little over half a year. This car is so fun. The remote control works well. The car gets an average battery life of about 20-40 minutes. It drives well on many terrains due to the great suspension and it being very powerful. I have driven this car in snow, on ice, on dirt and rocks, on grass, on trails and it has been a blast. As for speed the car is very fast reaching about 25 mph top speed. It also maintain good speed even on rough terrain. The car also has very good rage. Even driving far away to where I can hardly see the car it still has full control. There is also something there about the durability and waterproofing. This car has been covered in snow. Crashed through snow banks, into trees, tumbled down the stairs and is still going strong. In terms of waterproofing the cars has been drenched with snow I just let the snow melt and had no issues. Been left out in the rain and also used on rainy days wuth no problems what so ever. Overall a very begginer friendly bang for the buck car.

Very fast. Has held up to moderate abuse so far, with no breakage yet. Feature-rich for a sub-100-dollar RC car:- 4-wheel-drive- variable throttle and steering- steering trim and throttle limiter are on the controller- squishy tires with great traction- good suspension articulation- large tires and no fenders = driving over stuff is really easy- wide stance keeps the car very stable- reverse while moving forward applies brakes instead of stripping gears- super fast if you crank up the speed, but manageable for a child if you turn it all the way down- well-designed box; works great as the car's garage when not in use- uses standard 18650 rechargeable Li-ion batteries (same as lots of flashlights)Update (Jan 2024):Still love this car. We've managed to break a couple of parts, including the steering servo, but everything appears to be standardized and we found replacements. The servo, for example, was available on that auction site for only a couple of bucks.This is absolutely the car you want if your'e looking in the ~$100 price range.

I'd give 5 stars but the product hasn't been run to hard for very long since Christmas. But this truck seems to be built pretty well. Has great acceleration and stability for the price. Deffenitly recommend.

We loved this car. It's fast and easily controlled. It's tough, and can take almost any terrain. We can get almost 30 minutes out of one set of batteries. We had one little mishap and a wheel came of and the car kept going. When that happened the wheel screw was lost, but most importantly, the plastic hex piece in the wheel that interfaces with the axle...and without it the car is dead. I contacted Bezgar and Stephanie started trying to find the indvidual parts, but they were not available. In the end, she sent me two wheel sets with the wheel, hex insert, and screw. Really good communication and friendly service. Can't say enough good stuff about Stephanie and Bezgar. I'm going to glue the inserts into the wheels. The screws are easy to find...but if you lose the hex insert you are dead in the water.
