These are nice blankets, would be good to keep in your car or with your camping equipment. I would recommend this product.

These are great value blankets but watch out, sometimes the price goes way up ($30.00 plus).

I was going to buy a self-heating pad for our cat and dog, as we are trying to ride out winter as long as we can before turning on the boiler. I decided to see what these magic pads were made from first. Turns out these pads are nothing more than a "space blanket" sandwiched between layers of fabric. I can do that. So I ordered the survival thermal blankets and use them to line the pet beds. Voila, the pets now have their body heat reflecting back up at them rather disappearing into the cold floor. A little bit of "Yankee ingenuity" can save you a few bucks ; )
