sturdy, non slip and great for back stretching
I haven't used this much for what it might have been intended for but I love it for my back exercises. I use it daily to stand and stretch my calves , hamstrings and back at different angles. I notice difference in range of movement of stretches after a few months of use. my teen 185 lbs uses it. sturdy, non slip surface is great.

Great for stretching
I bought this for stretching my calf muscles and it works perfectly. This is the same one they used at the PT office. I also use it to elevate my feet while sitting at the desk for long periods of time. It is very sturdy, yet lightweight and easy to move. The floor grips work well, so it doesn’t slide while standing on it. It’s easy to pack up to put away.
